Regrettably, the building is not ADA accessible. My room is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. If you have mobility issues, I may be able to move to a room on the first floor, but I need a few days notice to speak with the other folks in the building.

If you are using a promo/discount/gift card code, please enter the code in the “Comments” section when you book online. The discount will not show when you book, but I will apply it when I check you out after your appointment. If you forget to add it when booking, you can always let me know at any point during your appointment and I’ll get it applied before you’re card is charged.

If it’s your first session, please arrive around 10 minutes early to get parked and ensure that all paperwork is filled out prior to your massage.

I do not take insurance at this time.

I do accept FSA/HSA cards. Before using them for your appointment, please confirm your benefits directly with your health insurance provider. Some FSA/HSA accounts have additional requirements (receipts, prescription, etc) before using the funds for massage therapy.

I understand that things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not provided, you will be charged the full price of the appointment.

If you have not fully recovered, please contact me to reschedule. Massage can exacerbate certain symptoms such as fever, and rescheduling helps me avoid getting sick myself and having to cancel appointments for other clients.

Speak up immediately. Your comfort is my top priority and adjustments can always be made for pressure, technique, or positioning.

This is a no tip business. Tipping is never required or expected. I price my massages to provide a living wage for myself and I do not expect or need tips.

It is important to stay hydrated, rest, and listen to your body. Some soreness is not uncommon, especially after a deep tissue massage. Light stretching, heat or ice application, or an epsom salt bath can help.

Some clients undress completely and others prefer to leave some clothing on. Your comfort is a priority! You will be covered with a sheet the entire massage and only the area that is being worked on is uncovered.

For people who wear bras, it is easiest if bras are removed because the straps are difficult to work around, but it is ultimately up to you and what you feel comfortable with.

If you would like to stay fully clothed during your massage, I recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing. Athletic type clothing is typically best.

For existing clients, and when my schedule allows, I will do mobile massages. If you are a new client, I will need a referral from an existing client or someone that knows me personally.

The mobile fee is an additional $50 if you live within 15 minutes of me, for every 15 minutes further there is an additional $25 fee. There also needs to be ample space for my massage table and for me to work around it.

If you’d like to buy a gift card, you can either:

1. ask about it in person at your next appointment

2. email KaylaAnnMassage.pllc@protonmail.com with the service (60 or 90 minute massage) and the name of the person you are gifting the card to. I’ll send you a secure payment link.

For both options, I’ll email you a pdf of the gift card after the purchase that will include a code they can use to redeem. They can enter the code in the comment section when they book online and I’ll be sure it applies when they check out after their appointment!
