Each session will be customized to your needs and preferences. We will discuss the areas of focus and the depth of the techniques to build you a personalized treatment. I use a combination of Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, and Sports Massage in my sessions.

Therapeutic Massage

90 minute………. $150
Therapeutic Massage appointments will be tailored to your specific issue/complaint. We will work together to come up with a treatment plan for your massage to help you feel improvement by the end of the session. I can help with:
tension patterns, acute injuries, chronic pain
sports or event recovery
conditions such as TMJD, carpel tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, SI Joint dysfunction, sciatic nerve pain, etc.
The main goal of this massage will be to provide relief for the issue you are experiencing.
Relaxation Massage
60 minute………. $110
90 minute………. $150
Relaxation is typically a full body massage focusing on calming the nervous system, increasing circulation, and decreasing stress. Each relaxation massage will be customized to you with the goal of reducing overall tension.
Prenatal Massage

Prenatal/Pregnancy massage is a therapeutic bodywork specifically designed for pregnant women, focusing on gentle manipulation of muscles and soft tissues to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Massage can help with pregnancy-related headaches, sciatica, edema, low back pain, and more.
You will be in side-lying position with pillows used to bolster and increase your comfort.
Motor Vehicle Accident Massage
60 minute………. $150
Injuries from car crashes can be painful and the stress can take over your life for a while. Massage can help reduce pain, tension, and stress and can help you recover quicker from this traumatic experience.
